Amazing staff made my stay special!

Spent a night here and the staff was super friendly, especially Dami! She really went above and beyond during my stay. The food was tasty too, especially the breakfast options. The only bummer was the Wi-Fi was kinda slow, but the cozy atmosphere made up for it.

I was impressed by the staff's honesty when the CSO returned my lost envelope with money intact. This level of integrity is commendable and speaks volumes about the hotel culture.

Unfortunately, I witnessed the manager being notably rude and inflexible, which left a sour impression despite the kind service from the receptionists.

I stayed for two nights to explore the nearby Kalakuta Republic Museum, and while the A/C kept the room nice and cool, the bed shits were a bit short. On the upside, the overall environment felt clean, and the security at the place gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. It’s also located conveniently close to a shopping mall, making it easy to grab a bite or shop around.

The hotel features an impressive pool area that could offer a refreshing break after a long day. Well-maintained gardens contribute to a relaxing stay.

The toilet in the Executive Room had filthy marks that made it uncomfortable to use, and the size was cramped. A persistent leak from the back of the WC drained the experience, while the bathroom tap barely flowed, forcing me to fetch water for basic needs. To top it off, there was no hot water available, so boiling water in the kettle became my only option for bathing.

My stay at Presken Hotel And Resorts Mojidi was delightful. The staff were exceptionally attentive, especially Mary at check-in and Dami, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean and well maintained, providing a cozy ambiance.

The air conditioning in the first room was not functional, prompting a room change that was handled efficiently. dining services left much to be desired. breakfast wasn't served correctly for two people, leading to unnecessary confusion over charges. there was notable interference from staff who were not involved in the dining area. The food, especially the side dishes, held promise but the kitchen's access management requires improvement.
